This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with Art. 18.1 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data", taking into account the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Council of Europe Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to the Automated Processing of Personal Data, international treaties of the Russian Federation, federal laws, and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data. It defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken by the employees of LLC "TIMLID" OGRN 1222300022482 (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Operator" or "Operator")./li>
- 1.2. The Personal Data Operator aims to maintain the integrity of personal information and the confidentiality of users' and/or website visitors' personal data at prosperinvestments.pro (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Subject") in accordance with applicable legislation.

2. Basic terms used in the Policy
- 2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computing equipment;
- 2.2. Blocking of personal data - temporary termination of personal data processing (except when processing is required to clarify personal data);
- 2.3. Website - a combination of graphical and informational materials, computer software, and databases ensuring their accessibility on the internet at the network address prosperinvestments.pro;
- 2.4. Personal data information system - a combination of personal data contained in databases, and the information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;
- 2.5. Anonymization of personal data - actions as a result of which it becomes impossible to determine, without using additional information, the ownership of personal data to a specific User or other personal data subject;
- 2.6. Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data;

- 2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data - the transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state to a foreign state authority, a foreign individual, or a foreign legal entity;
- 2.13. Destruction of personal data - any actions as a result of which personal data are irreversibly destroyed with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) the physical carriers of personal data are destroyed.
3. The personal data operator has the right to process the following personal data of the Subject of personal data
- • Last name, first name, middle name (if any), date of birth, gender;
- • Place of residence;
- • Contact information (phone, email address);
- • Data of the main identity document;
- • Telegram profile;
- • IP address;
- • MAC address;
- • Financial information, including credit or debit card number (only the last four digits of the card number), or other payment information;
- • In situations where national legislation requires it, the Operator has the right to request additional data from the Subject of personal data: documents confirming their place of residence; scanned copies of the Subject of personal data's identity document; a photograph of the Subject of personal data holding the document (with a sample of their handwriting) and other data at the discretion of the Subject of personal data and the discretion of the Operator;
- • The website also collects and processes anonymized data about visitors (including "cookies") using online statistics services (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, and others);
- • The aforementioned data are further combined in the text of the Policy under the general term "Personal data";
- • Data automatically transmitted to the site during its use through software installed on the user's device, including the IP address, cookie information, user's browser information (or another program through which access to the site is carried out), access time, address of the requested page.
4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing
- 4.1. The purpose of personal data processing is to inform the Subject of personal data, as a service user, through sending electronic mails, SMS messages; providing the user access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website; identifying the user within the relationship between the Operator and the user; identifying the User within the Services provided by the Operator; confirming the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the user; creating a user account; processing and receiving payments from the user; providing the user with effective customer and technical support in case of problems related to the use of the Website, application, and/or Services.
- 4.2. The Operator has the right to send the user notifications about new products and services, special offers, and various events. The user can always opt-out of receiving informational messages by sending a letter to the Operator's email address job@teamlead.com with the note "Refusal of notifications about new products and services and special offers."
- 4.3. Anonymized user data collected through online statistics services are used to gather information about user actions on the site, improving the quality of the site and its content.
5. Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing

6. Procedure for Collecting, Storing, Transferring, Distributing, and Other Types of Personal Data Processing
- 6.1. The security of personal data processed by the Data Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures required to fully comply with the personal data protection laws of each country where the Operator's services are provided.
- 6.2. The Operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data and takes all possible measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
- 6.3. The personal data of the Data Subject will never be transferred to third parties under any circumstances, except when required by applicable law.
- 6.4. The Data Subject provides their personal data independently and is directly responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. In case of inaccuracies in the personal data, the Data Subject can update them by sending a notification to the Operator's email address job@teamlead.com with the subject "Updating Personal Data."
- 6.5. The processing period for personal data is unlimited. It's not allowed to provide personal data of another subject without their consent. You are responsible for any consequences that may result from non-compliance with the above requirement. Your data may be transferred to a foreign country in cases and in the manner provided by applicable law (cross-border transfer).
7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data
- 7.1. Before initiating the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign country, to which the personal data is to be transferred, provides reliable protection for the rights of personal data subjects.
- 7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to territories of foreign countries that do not meet the above requirements can only occur if there is written consent from the Data Subject for the cross-border transfer of their personal data and/or if a contract is being executed in which the Data Subject is a party.
8. Obligations of the Personal Data Subject
- 8.1. The Personal Data Subject is obliged to provide accurate personal data necessary to achieve the processing goals, and to confirm the authenticity of personal data by presenting the original documents. In case of changes to the personal data essential for achieving the processing goals, the Subject must communicate the updated personal data and confirm the changes with the original documents, as well as comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation.
9. Personal Data Processing Duration
- 9.1.The duration of personal data processing is determined based on the processing goals but should not exceed the period defined by applicable legislation. Personal data whose processing (storage) period has expired must be destroyed or anonymized unless otherwise provided by applicable law. The storage of personal data is carried out in a form that allows identifying the Personal Data Subject no longer than the goals of personal data processing require. Processed personal data must be destroyed or anonymized upon achieving the processing goals or if there's no longer a need to achieve these goals unless otherwise provided by the law..
10. Age Restrictions
- The Operator does not provide services to users under the age of 18.
11. Final Provisions
- 11.1. Any changes to the Operator's personal data processing policy will be reflected in this document. The policy remains effective indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
- 11.2. The current version of the Policy is freely accessible online at prosperinvestments.pro.
- 11.3. When changes are made to this Policy, the date of the latest update will be indicated. If you continue to interact with the Operator in any way, particularly (but not limited to) through the Website and/or Application, and/or you have not withdrawn your consent to process your data, you agree to the version of the Policy in effect at that time, including providing consent for the processing of your data.
